Windows system default time synchronization interval is 7 days, if we need to modify the synchronization time interval (synchronization frequency), we can modify the registry to manually modify its automatic synchronization interval to increase the number of synchronizations, to ensure the accuracy of the clock, WINDOWS7,WINDOWS8 system:
1. Enter "Regedit" in the "Run" box to enter the Registry Editor
2. Expand

[Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\w32time\timeproviders\ntpclient] Branch, and double-click SpecialPollInterval key value, select the Cardinality column in the dialog box to decimal
3. The number shown in the dialog box is exactly the interval (in seconds) of the automatic alignment, such as the default of 604800 is calculated by the 7 (day) x24 (x60) x60 (seconds). Set the time synchronization period (recommended to 900 = 15 minutes or 3600 = 1 hours, etc.), fill in the dialog box, click OK to save the Close dialog box.
4. Expand the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters] branch, double-click the NtpServer key value, Modify the IP address of the National Service Center Server (210.72.145.44) and click the "OK" button to save it .
