Change Ubuntu terminal display language (desktop system is Chinese, terminal prompt is English)Little book maker Kindle

1. Open the terminal:
$ VI. BASHRC

2. Finally add:

  1. if [ " $TERM " = "Linux" ] ; then  
  2. Export language=en_us 
  3. Export Lang=en_us. utf-8 
  4. fi

After closing the current terminal, the prompt in the command after reopening the terminal will show the English prompt.

Note that for those Chinese file names, the folder name will be displayed as garbled.
The actual change is the value $LANGUAGE and $LANG of the system's two environment variables (you can view the values with the Echo $LANG)
