I didn ' t relate well to people my age.

I didn't tell people about my age.

Maybe the truth is that I didn ' t relate well to people, period.

Maybe the truth is I didn't let people know my cycle.

Even my mother, who I is closer to thananyone else on the planet, is never in harmony with me, never on exactly the same Page.

Even my mother. My closest person on Earth is not always in harmony with me, not on the exact same page of paper.

Sometimes I wondered if I was seeing the same things through my eyes so the rest of the world was seeing through theirs.

Sometimes I wonder if the things my eyes see are the same as those seen in the eyes of others.

Maybe there is a glitch in my brain. But the cause didn ' t matter. All this mattered was the effect.

Maybe I'm out of my mind, but it's okay, everything will be affected.

And tomorrow would be just the beginning.

Tomorrow is going to start

I didn ' t sleep well this night, even after I am done crying.

I didn't sleep well at night, even after I cried

The constant whooshing of the rain and wind across the roof wouldn ' t fade into the background.

The constant, Swift wind and rain went through the roof, not into the background.

I pulled the faded old quilt over my head, and later added the pillow, too.

I covered my head with a faded old quilt, and then pressed the pillow over it.

But I couldn ' t fall asleep until after midnight,when the rain finally settled into a quieter drizzle.

But until midnight I could not sleep, the most finally turned into a drizzle.

Thick fog is all I could see out of my window in the morning, and I could feel the claustrophobia creeping up on me.

I can see the fog from the window in the morning and I feel claustrophobic.

I can feel claustrophobic coming to me.

You could never see the sky here; It is like a cage.

I've never seen the sky here, it's like a cage.

You won't have a chance to see the sky here. It's like a cage.
