For corporate senior consultants, we take part in design research because such users have a high level of recognition for both the enterprise and our development team, we adopt this method to express our expectations and requirements for our products, and actively participate in the design and decision-making processes of our products. This reflects both respect and software quality assurance.

Secondly, the project manager's attitude towards the customer is not positive. If the project manager wants to remind the big leader that such a meeting will affect the project progress, you can take a more appropriate approach. In private, you want the leaders to report their work progress and worries, rather than blaming the leaders in person. His practice may lead the company to lose the customer and the projects he can provide in the future,
