Check the EM port number, SID setting and some commands of the instance in oracle.

1. view the EM port of the database instance

In the ORACLE_HOMEinstallportlist.ini file.

Ii. SID of the database instance

The SID length cannot exceed 8 characters. The instance name cannot exceed 30 characters

Iii. Common commands

Start/Close EM: emctl start/stop dbconsole

Start/Close the listener: lsnrctl start/stop

Create a listener: netca

Create a database: dbca

Create TNS: netmgr

Start/close a database instance: sqlplus sys (dba authorize)/(password) @ (DB_SID) as sysdba
