When Oracle was installed, the/etc/redhat-release content red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8 (Tikanga) was commented out and added a row of redhat-4 to it. all normal when installing;

But this installation has reported this error. Try changing to red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Release 4 (tikanga) to resolve this issue.
