Internal exercises are divided into static exercises and dynamic exercises. Static exercises are a kind of exercises with a static shape and internal motion (to take your breath. In most cases, meditation is based on consciousness training, and there are also a small number of carrying physical training, such as Wuji piles and Taiji piles. Meditation is a program, mainly the control of ideology. It is a process in which consciousness is used to evolve "NONE" into "exist. 3. Unlimited Piling
Similar to Taiji piles, Wuji piles are a kind of internal exercises that are performed simultaneously in consciousness training and physical training to increase the strength of the legs. 4. Taiji Piles
The exercise of Taiji piles is one of the required pile shapes for students. It is like building a foundation before building a house. As the saying goes, "a ten-year-old building rises on a ground." If the foundation is not solid, a few layers will collapse. The same is true for boxing practice. If the pile foundation is unstable, you cannot continue. Even if you learn it, it will shake and the gods will not be able to continue.
The exercise of Taiji piles is inferior to the exercise of consciousness, but it is superior to the exercise of physical fitness. It belongs to one of the main practices of Chen's internal exercise of Taijiquan. The method is as follows:

Because the exercise of Taiji piles requires full concentration in spirit, and the movements require standing upright, especially the lower limbs are always in a tight state due to bending load, which accelerates the circulation of blood around the body, increases the oxygen content in the blood. Therefore, it is helpful for diseases such as qi and blood, arthritis, shoulder inflammation, cardiovascular, cerebral vessels, gastrointestinal system, and so on. The methods and steps of vigorous exercises have always been a matter of concern to everyone, here, we take the example of "cover your hand and macro boxing" in Chen's Taiji routine as an example.
