Four, use the Table Wizard to create a new table
As with Chinese visual FoxPro 6, you can use the Table Wizard to select fields from a variety of predefined tables in the Chinese Access2000, and to create new tables, you can use the following procedure:
Step one, in the staff work and Wages Database window, select the table item in the Objects list, and then click the New button in the toolbar.
Note: You can quickly switch to the database form by pressing the F11 function key on your keyboard.
Step two, select the Table Wizard item in the list in the New Table dialog box, and then click OK, see Figure 20.

Step three, when you go to the Table Wizard dialog box, first select a table from the Sample Tables list window, such as employees and tasks. Then select the fields from the Sample Fields List window and click the Add button to add them to the fields in the New Table List window, located next to the right.
As with the Chinese visual FoxPro 6, the Table Wizard in Chinese Access 2000 also provides an action tip to stop. The difference is that you can choose a category for the sample table: business or personal; When you select a field in a new table, you can also select a field in the fields in the New Table List window, and then click the Rename field button to change its name.
Step four, press down to refer to the previous method of using the Chinese visual FoxPro 6 to complete the rest of the operation.

In the rest of the operation, you can do all of the work, in addition to previewing the newly created table, by referring to the Chinese visual FoxPro 6来. In the final step, if you use the default settings for Chinese Access 2000, then when you click Finish, the Employees and Tasks: Table window appears, as shown in Figure 22. At this point, you can enter data data records for this table. Enter the data record, close this window, a new data table is established. Of course, you can not enter any data records, this work will be left to do later!
