Chinese error in URL when sending a parameter

If Chinese is passed in the URL, the browser will error: The header content contains invalid characters.

Reason: The browser automatically decodeuricomponent this URL, English will not care, but the Chinese direct decodeuricomponent will appear garbled.

Official explanation: A valid URI (Universal Resource Identifier) cannot contain certain characters, such as spaces, and converts all invalid characters with UTF-8 encoding, allowing the browser to receive and understand.

Workaround: The URL with Chinese is encoded first, encodeuricomponent, and passed to the browser.
