2. install gconf-editor
Command: # sudo yum install gconf-editor

3. continue with the first command (you do not need to add sudo before)
4 configuration
Choose apps> gedit-2> preferences> auto-detected in encodings. in the double-click dialog box, add GB18030, GBK, GB2312, and then move GB18030, GB2312 to the top.

5. double-click the txt file to be opened and select Display in the displayed dialog box.
