After installing Oracle 10G XE version, because of the default character set reason, Chinese is garbled, by adjusting character set, solve Chinese garbled problem.

After landing, execute the following command:

There is a workaround if you install the Save data
To view the character set of a server segment:
The result of select Userenv (' language ') from dual is AMERCIAN_AMERICA.ZHS16GBK
Related to the database character set is just the ZHS16GBK field, no problem at all
To view the client's character set:
Look for Hkey_local_machine/software/oracle/key_oradb10g_service/nls_lang in the registry, and manually change to the same configuration as the server side Amercian_ America.zhs16gbk
