Click "+" in the lower left corner.

Find Chinese (China) or other Chinese (..)

If the Chinese option is not found, note that you can click in the red box and enter "chinese" in the pop-up input box"

See a Chinese (Intelligent Pinyin)

Check whether there is an additional Chinese option in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Use shift to switch between Chinese and English. Alternatively, select both Chinese and English in the upper-right corner of the screen.
