Chrome uses Google search's spelling check technology for improvement

In the previous chromium code, chrome was found to have a more intelligent spelling check function. Now this new system has appeared in the Canary and Dev branches. For example, there is a new system on the left and an old system on the right. Google finally realized that its Gmail is also a correct spelling word, because the new system integrates Google's online spelling check function, the old system only compares the dictionary to find the error. The dictionary clearly does not contain the word Gmail.

This new spelling check system needs to connect to Google's server, using the same spelling check technology as Google search. However, due to the need for networking, the display speed is slower than before.

Currently, this new feature is disabled by default. You can right-click a text on a webpage, select spell-checking options, and hook ask Google for suggestions. If you use the canary branch, you can select "use a web service to help resolve spelling errors" in "under the hood ".

Currently, stable and beta branches are not supported, but will be added in the future.
