When Party A entrusts Party B to carry out its business, Party A shall be responsible for the following:
1. Provide technical support, product import and other related services to the customers introduced by Party B;
2. Answer and answer questions arising from Party B's business operations;
3. provide the relevant data required by Party B to carry out the business;
4. Instruct Party B to carry out business and provide relevant business training;
5. Assists Party B in business expansion in Human Resource Management Consulting;

During the process of conducting the Entrusted Business, Party B shall be responsible for the following:
1. Introduce customers who wish to purchase e-HR products and related services to Party A, and facilitate Party A's contract with the customer;

Fee description:
1. If Party B facilitates Party A to conclude a software sales contract with the customer (chuangcai e-HR full set of solutions and services, party A shall pay Party B the intermediary remuneration for each product license price __% (including tax) agreed upon in each contract.
2. Party A shall pay Party B the intermediary remuneration within 15 days after receiving the product license fee paid by Party B.
3. If Party B facilitates the establishment of the Contract, Party A shall pay Party B's intermediary remuneration in accordance with the aforementioned provisions, and Party B shall independently bear the expenses incurred when Party B handles the delegated business. If Party B fails to facilitate the establishment of the Contract, Party A shall not pay the intermediary remuneration, and Party B shall voluntarily bear the expenses incurred when handling the delegated business.
