Cisco and Huawei STP Mode

The Cisco Catalyst 3550 and Huawei 3026e hybrid environments have compatibility issues on the spanning-tree.

The default Cisco STP mode is pvst,
3550 (config) # spanning-tree mode?
MST Multiple Spanning Tree Mode
Pvst per-VLAN spanning tree mode
Rapid-pvst per-VLAN Rapid Spanning Tree Mode

Huawei's STP model is RSTP,
[3026e] STP mode?
RSTP Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol Mode
STP Spanning Tree Protocol Mode

The two are faulty in the default status spanning tree,
Change Cisco to Multiple Spanning Tree mode,
Change Huawei to Spanning Tree Protocol Mode
