Cisco router basic Information Configuration---Set time, warning information, and port information

After we have configured the basic Secure password protection for the router, there are some basic information about the router that need to be configured, such as the router banner information and description information that the user can see in the landing router.

1 If we want all the administrators of the company to see a warning message on the landing router: the command process is as follows

Yong1>enable

Yong1#conf T

Yong1 (config)#banner moth #Warning!! Don ' t change any configuration #

Yong1 (config) #exit

Yong1#exit

The next time you log in to the router into user mode (>) you will see the warning message we set above.

3 Configure local time for routers
