Suitable for projects with many people, high mobility, and many customers.

3 TCP/IP access control, also known as Ethernet Access Control, is also a networked access control system. However, computers and controllers are connected through network lines. In addition to all the advantages of 485 access control network, it also features a faster speed, simpler installation, a larger number of connections, and cross-region or cross-city network. However, there is a high device price that requires knowledge of computer networks. It is suitable for installation in projects with large projects, large numbers of people, high speed requirements, and cross-region requirements.

4 Fingerprint Access Control System is an access control device that uses fingerprint instead of cards for management. It has the same features as 485, but has better security. The disadvantage is that there are few registered persons, slow access speed.

Access Control System Construction Wiring

When the card reader is connected to the Controller, it is recommended to use an 8-core shielded multi-strand twisted pair network cable (three-core standby network cable, if the card reader does not need sound-light feedback, valid cards can not be connected to the ledline). The data line Data1 Data0 is twisted. It is recommended that the line diameter be greater than 0.3 mm². The maximum length cannot exceed 100 meters. The GND of the shielded wire connection controller. The two-core wire is recommended for connecting the button to the controller. The wire diameter is above 0.3 mm².

We recommend that you use a two-core power cord with a wire diameter of more than 1.0 mm². If it is more than 50 meters, you should consider using a thicker wire, or multiple parallel wires, and, or through the power supply fine-tuning button, increase the output voltage to about 14 v.
