Steps:

1. Split Database Enterprise Manager --- server --- database --- Right-click --- detach Database

2. Delete log files

3. Attach Database Enterprise Manager --- server --- database --- Right-click --- attach Database

Note:

Select database --- Right-click Properties --- file options -- auto-increment button to set the limit on file growth:
