Clear the password for IE rating review

1. Run the "regedit" command, open Registry Editor, and expand the Hkey_local_machinesoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversionpoliciesratings subkey.

2. The "Key" key value entry is found in the right pane, deleted, and the "ratings" subkey can be deleted directly.

3. In the C:windowssystem directory, change the Ratings.pol file to any other file name, and restart the computer.
