Clear unnecessary ie icons in the Desktop Cleanup Wizard

Recently, many websites have been so rogue that once opened, a redundant ie icon is forcibly displayed on the desktop and cannot be deleted.
This problem can be solved through the Desktop Cleanup Wizard, but the reduced version of the system often removes this function. You can try the following methods to retrieve it.

Registry method:
Enter the following command to start running.
CMD/K Reg Delete "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer"/V notestopcleanupwizard/F

If the above method does not work, run
CMD/K Reg Delete "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer"/F

And then start running
CMD/K taskkill/f/IM explorer.exe&shangher.exe refresh the desktop so that you can retrieve the Desktop Cleanup Wizard.
