When Outlook clicks the hyperlink in the message, the hyperlink page is not open, and the following prompts are displayed:
This is because other browsers were previously installed (for example, I installed 360 of browsers) and set up for the default browser, which was later uninstalled, and when I opened the hyperlink in office, it was opened in the default browser. This default browser is previously set, and deleted 360 browser, it will be an error.

1: Locate to hkey_current_user\software\classes\.html. Right-click on the default item, select Modify, paste htmlfile into the input box. Click OK.
2: Locate to hkey_current_user\software\classes\.htm. Right-click on the default item, select Modify, paste htmlfile into the input box. Click OK.
The problem can be resolved after you reopen Office 365.
