Open the Visual Studio command line window and don't tell me you can't find it. Then we 'd better use the CD command to modify the current directory. We want to locate the created file wherever it is, I plan to put these certificates under C: \ Users \ Admin, my personal directory. Enter the following command:

Cd % USERPROFILE % \ Certificate
