A: The solution is as follows:

Go to the Registry, find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ ActiveX Compatibility key value, and check whether there is an item {65bcbee4-7728-41a0-97be-14e1cae36aae} (Microsoft list 11/12 Control ID ), delete it and then open the browser for troubleshooting.
