Today, when a workstation accesses the server, the following error occurs (it should be said that this problem has been solved for a while, but it was previously lazy ):
// 192.168.x.xxx is inaccessible and you may not have the permission to use network resources. Contact the administrator of this server to check whether you have access permissions.
Troubleshooting:
Access from other workstations is normal. I checked the web page to adjust the server-related policies, but it is obvious that this machine is a problem of the workstation itself.
Features of this workstation: 1. Good Web Access (both Intranet and Internet)
2. Any file sharing resources on the Intranet cannot be accessed.
Based on the above features, the system is first excluded to find no special problems.
Finally, I switched to a network cable port because I had to handle the problem ~ It's okay. Then switch back to the original Jack to find that the problem persists. I can't see the wired connection through the wire measuring instrument ~ Dizzy, after the network cable port is replayed, everything is too peaceful.
Summary: In this example, WINXP does not report an error to the bad network cable port, resulting in the failure to check the hardware environment, resulting in a long delay in the software troubleshooting. Most of the methods provided on the Internet are software-based solutions, which is of little help to us. In the future, network problems, especially those stubborn diseases, must be checked for both hardware and software.
I hope my experience will help you.
