To test Oracle 11.2.0.4 + goldengate 11.2, you need to install oracle in both LINUX testing environments,
Test Environment Node 1 Machine name: RAC1 source end
Test Environment Node 1 Machine name: the directory structure of the two machines on the target side of RAC2 is consistent. Currently, ORACLE 11.2.0.4 SOFTAWRE has been installed on RAC1, and node 2 RAC2 has no space to store the ORACLE installation media, therefore, the clone method is used to clone the RAC1 installation. [Oracle @ rac1 ~] $ Echo $ ORACLE_HOME/u01/oracle/product/11.2/db_1 [oracle @ rac1 ~] $ Cd/u01/oracle/product/11.2 [oracle @ rac1 11.2] $ lsdb_1 scp the files under ORACLE_HOME to the target end:
[oracle@rac1 ~]$ scp -rp db_1 oracle@192.168.3.201:/u01/oracle/product/11.2
Clone using clone. pl script:
[Oracle @ rac2 ~] $ Cd/u01/oracle/product/11.2/db_1/clone/bin
[Oracle @ rac2 bin] $ ls
Clone. pl prepare_clone.pl
[Oracle @ rac2 bin] $ perl clone. pl ORACLE_BASE =/u01/oracle ORACLE_HOME =/u01/oracle/product/11.2/db_1 ORACLE_HOME_NAME = OraDb11g_home1
./RunInstaller-clone-waitForCompletion "ORACLE_BASE =/u01/oracle" "ORACLE_HOME =/u01/oracle/product/11.2/db_1" "ORACLE_HOME_NAME = OraDb11g_home1"-silent-noConfig-nowait
