Netstat-ano can see which ports are currently open.

Netstat-ano|findstr < port number > can find the open port of the bar, and finally listed the PID. Then to the Task Manager, you can find out which exe the PID process is.

1. Completely shut down 80 ports

The 80 port is the protocol for HTTP (hypertext Transport Protocol, Hypertext Transfer Protocol, which is the most used protocol for surfing the Internet, primarily used for transmitting information on the WWW (World Wide Web) service.

Close method: Control Panel--management tool--service, turn off WWW service. Display the name "World Wide Web Publishing Service" in services and provide Web connectivity and management through the Internet Information Services snap-in.
