Environment information for deploying cdh5.x articles based on Cloudera MANAGER5 installation.
2, configuring HA for Namenode
2.1. Enter the HDFs interface and click "Enable High Availability"
2.2, enter the Nameservice name, set here as: Nameservice1, click the Continue button.
2.3, set another Namenode node, set here as: CDH-NODE3.GRC. Set the Journalnode node, set here to: CDH-NODE[2-6].GRC, altogether 5 nodes. Note: Nournalnode must have >=3 nodes set.
2.4, set the Journalnode directory, all set to:/data/dfs/jn.
2.5, enable HDFS for high availability.
If you find the following error message, you can ignore it.
2.6, HA is successfully enabled
2.7, update hive Metastore namenodes
Click on the "Update hive metastore NameNode" button. Then restart the Hive service.
2.8, complete the HA configuration of the Namenode.
