Oracle 11G RAC cluster installation (vii)

Overview: write down the original intent and motivation of this document, derived from the Oracle Basic operating Manual of the previous article. The Oracle Basic Operations Manual is a summary of the author's vacation on Oracle's foundational knowledge learning. Then form a summary of the system, a review review, the other is easy to use. This document is also derived from this text. Before reading the Oracle RAC installation and use tutorial, I will first comb the whole idea and formation of this article. Due to the different levels of knowledge storage for readers, I will start with the preparation and planning of Oracle RAC before installing the deployment of Oracle RAC. Began with the guidance of Dr. Tang, the database cluster configuration installation, before and after 2, 3 months of groping. A lot of problems are encountered in the middle. This document will also be documented. This article original/finishing, reproduced please mark the original source:11G RAC cluster installation (vii)

Cluster installation

Before you perform an Oracle cluster installation, first look at the overall cluster architecture diagram. Another: Oracle RAC cluster Overall configuration is based on three steps (pre-configuration, cluster installation, database installation)

Oracle login Rac1 to upload, unzip and install P13390677_112040_linux-x86-64_1of7.zip, P13390677_112040_linux-x86-64_2of7.zip, p13390677_ 112040_linux-x86-64_3of7.zip to/media, and unzip (RAC1 for node name, Linux environment default RAC1 #)

RAC1 # cd /media
RAC1 #mkdir crs_install
RAC1 #mkdir db_install
RAC1 # ls

RAC1 #cd crs_install
RAC1 #unzip /media/p13390677_112040_Linux-x86-64_3of7.zip

RAC1 #cd db_install
RAC1 #unzip /media/p13390677_112040_Linux-x86-64_1of7.zip
RAC1 #unzip /media/p13390677_112040_Linux-x86-64_2of7.zip

Start the installation: Find /media/crs_install/grid

./runinstaller

Next

1) Skip, Next

2) Select ' Install and Configure Oracle Grid Infrastructure for a Cluster '

3) Select ' Advanced installation '

4) Select language: 中文版

5) Enter the cluster information and click Next. ( this cluster information is pre-defined, turn on the cluster configuration preparation, have a clear plan definition )

6) Click on "Add" button on "Specify Node information".

7) Enter the cluster node 2 information and click on the "OK" button. ( as mentioned above, but also early planning, see the previous article.) If you have more than one node, you can add it. )

8) Click SSH to configure the communication for SSH. (11G before including Hadoop node communication is manually configured, 11G after a lot of convenience )

9) Select the private network and click Next.

10) Select the "Shared File System" option, next. ( the previous article has been introduced, has been planned)

11) Select the input OCR file location, next. ( the previous article has been introduced, has been planned )

12) Select input voting disk voting file location, next. ( the previous article has been introduced, has been planned).

13) Next.

14) Select All DBA, next.

15) Enter "/u01/app/oracle" as the database address and "/u01/app/11.2.0/grid" as the software path, next.

16) Default path, next.

17) complete. ( but it's not over )

18) wait for the installation.

19) Pop Up the dialog box, run the script statement at each node, running the configuration scripts on each node. (Unlike the general installation, this behavior must be run under all nodes as root under the following script statement )

Open each node, log in as root, and run "orainstroot.sh".

# cd /u01/app/oraInventory
# ./orainstRoot.sh
Changing permissions of /u01/app/oraInventory.
Adding read,write permissions for group.
Removing read,write,execute permissions for world.
Changing groupname of /u01/app/oraInventory to oinstall.
The execution of the script is complete.

The output of the root.sh would vary a little depending on the node it was run on. Example output can is seen here (Node1,node2).

20) run End click OK.

21) complete.

22) Ignore the error and click Close. To this cluster cluster installation is complete
