CMD Magic Hall: Support display UTF8 encoded in Chinese

cmd command Line window display Chinese garbled, mostly because the cmd command line window character encoding mismatch caused.

Modify the cmd window character encoding to UTF-8, execute on the command line: Chcp 65001
Switch back to Chinese: chcp 936
These two commands only take effect in the current window and restore the previous encoding after a reboot.

Switching cmd window character encoding is risky, for example, after switching the Chinese display garbled, and can not permanently switch back to the original mode, only chcp 936 per time.

CMD Chinese display garbled permanent solution to switch back to Chinese 936 for example:

When you open an unhealthy CMD command Prompt window, click the icon in the upper-left corner of the window, select default in the pop-up menu, switch to the first Option tab, and change the default code page to 936 and restart CMD. Restart CMD does not display properly please continue looking down.

If restarting CMD cannot take effect : The default value and properties of the window are not changed, then go to the registry and find%systemroot%_system32_ under Hkey_current_user\console Cmd.exe (if no codepage is not considered), the codepage value is changed to 936 (decimal) or 3a8 (hexadecimal).
936 (decimal) is Simplified Chinese, in other languages, the corresponding code is changed.

The last garbled reason : the Font tab of the CMD Default or Properties window is set to display Chinese characters, and the font file is not broken and the font is best set to the default bitmap font.
