Software Quality Assurance is to provide managers with appropriate visibility into the processes and construction products being used by software projects.
Software Quality Assurance includes reviewing and auditing software products and activities to verify that they comply with applicable procedures and standards and to provide these reviews and audit results to project and other related managers.

In the early stages of a software project, the Software Quality Assurance Team works with the software project to develop plans, standards, and procedures, these plans, standards, and procedures will increase the value of software projects and will meet the project and organizational guidelines

The Quality Assurance Team reviews project activities throughout the life cycle, audits software work products, and provides visibility into whether software projects are complying with established plans, standards and procedures.
First, handle compliance issues within the software project. If possible, resolve it locally. For problems that cannot be solved within the software project, the Software Quality Assurance Team submits the problem to the appropriate level of the Manager step by step to solve the problem.
