Solution:
Method 1:
Start the Terminal Services Service (right-click my computer --> Manage --> service --> Select automatic as the Startup Type of the Terminal Services Service, and then click Start ). It allows users to connect to a remote computer in interactive mode. Remote Desktop, quick User Switching, remote assistance, and terminal server dependency-stopping or disabling this service will make your computer unreliable. To prevent Remote use of this computer, clear the check boxes on the Remote tab on the System Properties Control Panel project.
Method 2:
Project ---- (Project) properties ---- debug ---- enable the debugger. Select "enable unmanaged code debugging (u )".
