The start of your dream is to learn and start a business.
Entering another company has the original foundation of self-study, and gradually grows up. The previous experience, lack of education, and low technology will not last long, decide to start your own business. The project naturally chooses my familiar vertical website, and I learned a lot during my passion for technology. JS and CSS front-end development language. After one year, I learned from the project from day to night. After one year of accumulation, the entrepreneurial project was launched. At this time, I am still working. I have no professional promotion staff or operation staff. I am posting, sending emails, and sending QQ promotions whenever I have time. I have accumulated several hundred registered users in just one year, during this period, I communicated with users and understood what the users needed, how I should do it, and my understanding of the user psychology. This is the motivation for continuously improving the user experience over the years.

 

Entrepreneurship is hard
No matter how hard the environment is, the salary is low, the house is small, it doesn't matter, except for the time of eating and sleeping on the seventh day, it seems that there is no free day, And I get up at on Saturday to write code, one person writes that there is no air conditioning in summer at. One fan is a day. There is no heating in winter, and it is a day to wrap the quilt. At this time, I am still at work and I have never been idle on Saturday. Write a few pieces of code before going to work, and then write it to 12 days after work. In the past 360 days, I believe that everything I do will be successful in the future. Many people are using it. Every time I create a function, it is even more exciting to eat meat.

 

Failed to start a partnership
In and two years later, I did a lot of work during the period and the development was unsatisfactory. The previous idea was that as long as the products were made, they would be useful. Only the reality tells me that no one will use a new product, nor use things that are useless to themselves. Your products cannot generate real value to customers, but they will not, not to spend money. So I found two good colleagues and decided to join them. I thought that one person would not make any money, but a few would be bigger or worse. The idea is too full and the reality is cruel. If you work harder and have passion, but the partner does not have that, and you have not invested much money to complete the Cooperation for 1600 RMB. Failure tells me not to cooperate with people without passion, not those with passion or interest in the project.

 

With the first revenue

With the first customer
In the spring of 4th, as a fellow in our industry, he also wanted to do business, registered my products, and became my first customer one year later, on the day of charging, I opened a bank account in the afternoon and talked to the customer in the rain. I can make a payment... My colleagues believe me and I want to do better. I should insist that other projects can make money. Why can't I do it? promotion is still a person, QQ, or email. In this year, the project's revenue has exceeded 20 thousand, which is about half a year's salary, at that time, the salary was 4000 yuan a month. With the first customer, there will be the second one. I bought another server and changed the high configuration. This year, I did not give up. The opposite side of passion is getting bigger and bigger, and I am confused about it. After that, I still believe that the product will produce value.

 

With your own team
In 5th, when I was still at work, I invited a person to promote the product, but it was not really a transfer to the team. The product was being improved and there were more and more registered users, with funds, I switched to Lenovo's server. The annual revenue of 11 was larger than that of the previous year. Although it was not as big as what I wanted to do in the past few years, I felt that I could survive now, it is no longer easy. My colleagues at the same time don't know how much they have fallen, and their persistence, hard work, and dreams are still there. At least they are still alive. This annual income has reached 0.3 million.

 

This year, it reached 0.8 million
I am not at work this year, and I have left my friends. I want to start a business. I am very timid. After six years, I decided to work hard. I can have a few autumn vacations in my life, if you miss it, you will no longer have to register a company. You can only do it yourself when dealing with banks and taxation. I have also recruited a few people in my business. I still stick to development and have outstanding user experience. I can really think about it from the customer's perspective. The customer naturally believes in you. This annual revenue has reached 0.8 million, there is a gap with the ideal 8 million, but it is still far away. People are becoming more and more realistic and more ambitious to pursue their dreams. At this time, we serve more than 500 customers. Our goal is 1000 next year.

After several years of accumulation, it becomes a versatile player, from technical development, database design, CSS, JS front-end development, artist, server maintenance, finance, salesman, marketing, to network marketing, there is no money to confuse. At present, it is not a success, but it is just a start. I still have the same dream in my mind, and I will surely be able to reap the harvest.
