The Code packages in Meteor are classified into five types:
Meteor core code is divided into multiple core packages, which are included in each Meteor application. Basically, you do not need to spend the effort to maintain them.
Common Meteor code packages are called "isopack" or homogeneous code packages (isomorphic package, which means they can work both on the client and on the server ). The first type of code package, such as accounts-ui or appcache, is maintained by the Meteor core team and bundled with Meteor.
A third-party code package is an isopack developed by other users and uploaded to the Meteor code package server. You can access the Atmosphere or meteor search Command to browse these code packages.
The local package is a self-developed code package, which is saved in the/packages folder.
The NPM package is a Node. js code package. Although it cannot be directly used for Meteor, it can be used in the above Code packages.
