Everyone is a good person, but will a good thing happen when a good person is together? A good father and a competent mother are the greatest happiness in the world for children, but this does not mean that their parents can get along with each other, there may still be occasional incidents of something falling, rolling, or cold war at home.

 

Professor Gao xijun once said, "the competitiveness of the country comes from social cohesion .」 This sentence is used in an enterprise. We can say that the competitiveness of an Enterprise comes from the cohesion of various departments. For a family, whether the family is competitive or whether every family member is interested in the family. This cohesion allows us to abandon ourselves and our prejudice and regard achieving our common goal as our greatest achievement.

 

The general manager's experience touched me to think of a fable, so during the banquet, I shared this old story with him:

The Buddha statues in the temple had been poured out, and the bar beams were also eroded by termite. Monk Bing thought for a moment: "No, I think it must be that the monk is not respectful to people, so they do not want to come to the door .」

 

The three are defending and arguing over their views. To prove that they are right, they decided to stay in the temple and practice it for themselves to see who is the key to the prosperity of the temple.

 

As a result, monk a likes the Buddha and never delays. While monk B diligently cleans and makes the building a new look, the two monks will respond to each other and explain the Dharma in life to the xiangke from time to time. Finally, the incense in the temple gradually grew stronger, and all the cians in the nearby county came to this temple with great pains. Everyone and Shang were very happy to see such a glorious view.

 

Just in relief, Monk Jia said, "this is because I sincerely LIFO the Buddha, so I have a Bodhisattva to protect you .」 Monk B did not agree: "This is because I fully cleaned it every day and made it spotless, so it should be my credit .」 The monk Bing said angrily: "This is why I want to persuade the world to run, and the temple is famous, and there is no endless fragrance .」 Such a quarrel began to happen day by day. Finally, the fragrant guests in the temple gradually became scarce and could no longer hear the melodious fan Bai. They could not see the clean tables and chairs and could not feel the temperature in the incense burner, it's like a cold model of monks.

 

When the Temple returned to their new appearance, they decided to go to different places. when they broke up, they finally had a consistent view that the temple was deserted, neither the monk is honest, nor the monk is not diligent, not the monk is not modest, but the monk is not harmonious.

 

After the story is over, I also suggest the general manager tell the director this fable, because each person has his own set of principles. Too many reasoning may only cause tension in the relationship, it is better to tell a story and let our own principles be interpreted. Because the art of getting along with top talents cannot find a textbook that can be covered. For such rational people, it is an effective way to open barriers with emotional philosophies and thought-provoking stories.

 

People's emotions are complex. In complex interpersonal relationships, simple stories are the most effective. This is the story of consensus in teamwork and the spark of team competitiveness enhancement.
