Click create in the upper-right corner and select create team:

Enter the team name and description:

After you click Create, the created team is displayed on the Left bar:

Click test team to invite members (of course, Members must register an account)

When inviting members, enter the Member's registered email address. You can also set Member permissions.

After setting, click Submit below to invite your team members.

Click the project on the right to create a project for the team.
