The reason is that you need to crawl the Web page to process HTTPS when you install the toolkit, while processing HTTPS relies on the decryption algorithm (i.e. the cryptography packet), and the cryptography relies on the Fourier transform algorithm and the corresponding compilation environment. Ubuntu 16.04 does not install Libffi-dev and LIBSSL-DEV,GCC by default and is not necessarily installed, and the target installation package does not record the related packages to the dependencies list, so you need to manually install them first:

sudo apt-get install Libssl-dev libffi-dev python-dev build-essential libxml2-dev Libxslt1-dev
