Whenever a new team member joins, I will instill a cultural idea into them, that is, speaking directly, treating people with sincerity, and giving everyone the best of their abilities. They are convinced that I like to be the captain.

I think it is important to have a good attitude when participating in a large competition. We should regard it strategically and tactically. If you do not work hard, there is no return, even if you do not do. If you take a few or more prizes, you will be given an invisible amount of pressure on yourself, and you will not be able to take full advantage of the normal level.
