1. install and configure the svn Eclipse plug-in subclipse in eclipse 3.1, which is located under the help-> Software Updates-> Find and install... menu.

Select the new feature to be installed and click Create remote site. Figure 1 is displayed. In the URL input box, enter http://subclipse.tigris.org/updateas urlw.new remote site.
