Display
/Sbin/init: Elf 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386,
Version 1 (sysv), dynamically linked (uses SHARED libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.15, stripped
There is another way:
Getconf word_bit
32 is the operating system, and 64 is the 64-bit operating system.
Note: The relationship between the number of digits of the operating system and the number of digits of the CPU is not proportional.
A 32-bit operating system does not mean that the CPU is 32-bit. A 64-bit CPU supports a 32-bit operating system.
