A colleague asked me last week to give a brief summary.
Risks mainly refer to factors that may affect the progress, quality, and cost of the project. Events-risks that have not yet occurred are also known as problems. For example
1.Internal risks
A) the team's internal division of labor is unclear, and information communication is not transparent
B) demand changes: including new requirements raised by the customer, changes to the original requirements, and unclear original requirements
C) System Changes: including the upgrade of the core functions of the platform, the upgrade of the online system, and the launch of new modules

2.External risks
A) The organizational structure of the project-related clients has changed, for example, the project's competent department or project manager.
B) The customer relocates the system or requirements
C) insufficient communication with the customer regarding the plan or solution, or not passed the review
D) the communication with the customer or user is not timely, or the information is incomplete, or the customer's internal understanding of the relevant work is not uniform.
E) There is a lack of guidance or standards for the work that needs to be coordinated by the customer, and the practices are not uniform.
F) The customer's system environment or user's use environment is complex and inconsistent
