Common time functions

Method 1:

Convert

Convert (data_type, expression [, style])
The first parameter is the converted size. The second parameter is the converted Date Field or function, and the second parameter is the converted format.

For example, if the date of course is obtained, it is displayed in the format of year-month-day.

Select convert (varchar (10), getdate (), 120)

Varchar (10) indicates that the converted length is 10.

120 indicates the 24 (yyyy-mm-dd hh: MI: SS) hour ODBC Specification

Cast

Select cast (Year (getdate () as varchar (12 ))
Select cast (month (getdate () as varchar (12 ))
Select cast (Day (getdate () as varchar (12 ))

Extract the year, month, and day into a string.
