Common vector operations

1. Create a container

Format: vector <type> container identifier;
Several initialization methods are as follows:
Vector <int> ivec1; // empty int container
Vector <int> ivec2 (10); // container containing ten default int values
Vector <int> ivec3 (); // a container containing 10 int values of 2
Vector <int> ivec (ivec1); // container that creates a copy from ivec1

2. Common Operations
V. size () returns the container size.
V. push_back (int I) insert I to the rear of the container
= Determine whether the container is waiting
! = Determines whether or not it is not equal
<=> =
V [n] returns the nth element in the container.
Whether the v. empty () container is null. If it is null, true is returned.
