Applicability:
Install Win7 systems of different system versions in common Win7 Systems
Knowledge Point Analysis:
When users use different versions of Windows 7, but we have only one version at hand, you can install different versions of the system by modifying the file to meet your needs.
Procedure:
Preparation: A win7 System (installation version) image, a 4G disk (can also be burned on the disc), UtralISO Software
1. Use the UtralIAO software to open the image and extract the ei. cfg file to the desktop,
2. Modify ei.txt to the ei.txt file and open the file. The following information is displayed:
[EditionID]
Ultimate
[Channel]
Retail
[VL]
0
Modify [EditionID] to the version you want to install, and save it.
3. Change the modified file ei.txt to ei. cfg and drag it back to the original file to replace the original file.
4. simply burn it to a USB flash drive or a CD to install it.
Note:
TIPS:
1. If it is burned on a USB flash drive, it can be modified after burning;
2. If you delete the ei. cfg file, the multi-system version selection menu appears during installation;
3. 32/64 bit systems are common.
