Commonly used toolbars, menu bar drawing tables in Word documents

Method One: Draw a table using the tools in the menu bar

Click the table button on the Word2003 menu bar, select Table--> in the pop-up drop-down menu, insert the--> table, and then set the table's number of columns and rows in the Pop-up Insert Table dialog box.

Method Two: Insert a table using the Standard toolbar

Click the "Insert Table" icon on the Standard toolbar, and then hold down the left mouse button to select the table "Number of columns" and "Number of rows," and then release the mouse.
