The current president of my bank is a very competent banker with personal charm and leadership qualities. Under his leadership, our bank has undergone significant changes over the past few years. All business increments are at the forefront of Small and Medium Banks, and their competitiveness is also becoming increasingly prominent, employees throughout the industry are also energetic. Not to mention, since he took office, the overall income of employees has increased every year, and the magnitude is not small. What is a good leader? This is a good leader. After paying, employees get real benefits.

Benefiting from the booming development of China's financial industry as a whole and a good leader, my personal material gains far exceed the original revenue of IT companies. My general feeling is that banks are willing to treat their employees as their own families in terms of benefits, which is very different from my previous company. I don't know if this is due to the difference in system or corporate culture?

My former IT company boss is also a very famous entrepreneur in the industry, but the slump in the overall system integration industry has caused the overall income of employees working in IT companies to not rise, this cannot be changed by any individual. If you always complain about the blackness of the company's leadership, it is not a smart move. You can only expect this industry to quickly get out of the trough and usher in new economic growth points.

(2) colleagues
Before going to work in a bank, you should be careful to hear from others that the banking environment is complex and there are complicated personnel relationships in it. However, my current work in the e-brain is relatively simple, and my colleagues around me are very competent. I am working most of the time, and I am catching up with many projects to implement, no one has the energy to spare. I have never seen the high saturation of my work in other banks. A group of colleagues can work here.
However, when talking about talent, I still met more in my original IT company. I met a group of people who can be called talents there. Their overall quality is very high. They not only have a smart mind, superb technology, good communication and language skills, but also are familiar with industry trends, there is also the ability to manage the organization and coordination of a large project. They are a group of talents capable, capable, and capable of writing according to the standards of modern enterprises. Their abilities are not inherent. They are honed and forced out as it enterprises continue to grow and grow. IT companies are very practical. I also learned a lot from them.
But with a long sigh, there is no such comprehensive talent among my colleagues in this bank! Maybe the computer department of the bank only needs people who can work. The talents I mentioned don't need. It is a waste of resources and a delay in the future.

(3) Work Conditions
The Bank's requirements for employees are really low. It can be said that there are no requirements. At least I have not heard or seen the requirements of the leaders for us yet. Maybe I am in the Post-bank system, the energy of leadership is not in our department at all? Maybe I am in the head office and have no task pressure, so I cannot feel the assessment indicators of the branch and branch staff. In short, you only need to be able to work without making any major mistakes. This is different from my original IT company.
My original IT company has a high requirement on people. Its talent philosophy is to require people to constantly pursue excellence. If you are better now, it is not enough, but you need to pursue better, only better, not the best. This is understandable. At that time, we were in the first-line department of the company, the profit center, and the Department was under operational pressure. Of course, we had to strictly manage the tools for making money. At that time, our mental state was very tense. We tried to do everything well for fear of falling behind, because there were a lot of assessments waiting for you, which in turn affected your salary. Now, my department in the bank is not a profit center, it should be a cost center, it is a department that spends money, so there are not so many assessments waiting for you, people are relaxed. This is why so many people who work in the company want to enter the bank and change from Party B to Party.
In other words, it is because the computer department is the cost center in the bank, not the profitable department of the bank, but not its main business, which leads to the low position of our department in the head office. For example, there are many people in some business departments. Although the individual skills are not very good, it is the kind of job that can replace him by looking for personal training in the society, however, by the year-end bonus period, there are more people who grasp high-tech skills than our daily overtime projects, which is truly unbalanced. For example, any business department can submit a request to us at any time. We have no reason to say no. During the implementation of some projects, some of them treat us with an attitude that makes me feel less at Party.
Another difference from working in an IT company is that when you finish a project at the company, you can leave immediately, subsequent maintenance work is left to the customer (unless the customer continuously buys the service ). But not in the bank, you are responsible for the development of this module, then any maintenance work in the future will come to you, as you implement more and more projects, the more scope you are responsible for maintenance, the more snowball It will be like, and you will not be able to support it for a day.
