FAT16 Format:
Advantages: Compatibility is best, some digital devices may not support FAT32 and NTFS-formatted memory cards, so you can only use FAT16.
Disadvantage: The maximum support only 2GB partition, space waste is big.
Note: Hurry to see if your USB disk is Fat format, if it is to switch to FAT32 Bar, FAT32 is FAT16 upgrade version.
FAT32 format:
Advantages: Good compatibility.
Disadvantage: A single file can not exceed 4GB, does not support 512MB of the following capacity U disk.
Note: if the U disk capacity of more than 8GB, found that 4GB files are not copied, you can consider switching to NTFS or EXFAT format.
NTFS format:
Advantages: Good compatibility, support any size of u disk.
Disadvantage: Will shorten the flash life.
Note: U disk is very cheap now, not afraid of bad friends use NTFS is actually very good.

Advantages: Designed for flash memory and U disk design, small space waste.
Disadvantages: Poor compatibility, XP and Vista systems need to update patches to support.
Note: Many people's computers do not open Automatic Updates, nature does not support exFAT, ready to patch file it.
