So Google, but some of the information found in the Mac, so I groped for a bit, the configuration file must be in the C disk inside

So I went to the C drive first.

Search all sublime txt3 in this directory, delete all

If you reinstall Sublime TXT3, there is no previous configuration file. Everything's OK.
