The error message means ' msinet ' in the system component. OCX ' file is missing or cannot be used, solving this problem is very simple.

How to solve?

Download the Msinet.ocx file and unzip the Msinet.ocx file to the C:windowssystem32 directory.

Then click "Start" and "Run" to enter regsvr32 msinet.ocx carriage return, try again, your software can run.
