Other occupations that may have a similar impact, such as musicians, teachers, editors, architects, and miners, are related to the frequent use of both hands. According to a survey from Singapore, female is the biggest victim of "wrist canal syndrome", which is three times higher than that of male, because female hand canal is usually smaller than male, wrist median nerves are prone to oppression.

Experts pointed out that when you find that your hands have the following symptoms, you need to pay more attention: one or both hands feel powerless, fingers or palms have paralysis or irritation stiffness, wrist pain, it is difficult to stretch your thumb and has pain points.

The prevention of this disease should focus on creating a healthy working environment, correct operations, and self-protection. If a personal seat needs to be adjusted to a proper height, there is enough space for people to stretch their legs and feet while sitting; Do not stand from or for too long; when sitting, the back should be straight and close to the back of the chair, and do not cross your feet, in order to avoid affecting the blood circulation; During typing, the computer keyboard should be placed diagonally on one side, which may lead to excessive bending and tension of the wrist; adjust the height of the keyboard and the parallel distance between the keyboard and the human body to a comfortable and comfortable position. pause for a while every 30 minutes to relax your hands and eyes.

"Wrist canal syndrome" belongs to "accumulative trauma disorder". patients with mild illness can use drugs or use wrist back flexion splint for treatment. If the condition is severe, a wrist canal cutting can be performed.
