Computer C disk expansion graphics and text tutorial

C disk as a system disk, belong to the primary partition, and can not be like computer D, e disk and other extension letter, with the help of Windows with disk tools or common hard disk partitions, easy to achieve expansion. First, the need to download the computer to install the "section Assistant", the tool belongs to the free hard disk tools, you can search the internet to download;

Second, after downloading the installation of the Partition Assistant tool, open the run. Under the wizard to the left of the Open interface, click the Extended Partition Wizard, as shown in the following figure.

Third, in the Extended Partition Wizard that pops up, select expand System Partition, select, and then click Next at the bottom, as shown in the following figure.

Four, the next hard disk partition tool prompts the user, only the hard disk partition is NTFS format, can for C disk expansion. If your computer's hard disk was previously partitioned in NTFS format, you can continue with the next step at the bottom, as shown in the following illustration.

Note: If the computer partition is in FATA32 format, the C disk cannot be extended through the partition assistant.

The next step is to choose which disk space to release some of the extended to C, here is mainly from D, E, F, and other non-C disk space, extended to C disk, you can see which disk surplus space, choose which, the following to the D disk space, extended to C disk some for example. Select D and click Next at the bottom, as shown in the following illustration.

Six, then select the size of the C partition again, for example, the previous system C disk is 50GB capacity, can now drag expansion to 80GB, the increase of 30GB from the above selected D disk expansion (after the completion of this expansion, the last D disk capacity will reduce 3OGB), adjust the size of the C disk, continue to click on the bottom of the " Next, as shown in the following illustration.

Note: The above small series will be extended to 30GB, of course, can also be larger, as to how large, mainly by the above selected D disk remaining space decision.

Seven, the next partition tool will prompt expansion after C disk, D disk capacity reduced, if confirmed correct, click on the bottom of the "execution" to start for the system tray expansion, as shown in the following figure.

Eight, click on the implementation, the Section Assistant will pop up a prompt box, the general meaning is prompted to complete the C disk expansion needs of the approximate time, and in the tool expansion, please do not operate the computer, confirm C disk expansion, then click on the bottom of the "yes", the following figure.

Finally, wait for the partition assistant to automatically complete the C-disk expansion.
